Our Sublimation Process
We specialise in bespoke dye sublimation, using state-of-the-art print technology to create vibrant, custom designs with excellent colour accuracy and detail. Our process is ideally suited to specialist polyester fabrics, chosen for their durability, performance and ability to produce sharp, long-lasting colour transfer.
Dye sublimation gives customers the freedom to create highly customised apparel and textile products, with access to a wide CMYK colour spectrum and high-definition print quality for bold, precise and consistent results.
The approved artwork is printed onto specialist transfer paper.

Customer designs are drawn and prepared into print-ready artwork.
Printing
The fabric is sewn, checked, trimmed and packed ready for dispatch.
Pressing
The printed paper and fabric are pressed together, transferring the design onto the fabric.
